The role of the Team Assistant is at the core of project teams; responsible for supporting Business Managers and overall consulting teams using excellent organisational and logistical skills.

The role

  • Team Assistant within the Consulting business
  • Supporting Business Managers, acting as the link between Business Managers, project teams and the business in general - ensuring we are delivering quality work in a profitable & sustainable way for our people
  • Develop strong internal relationships
  • Be the glue of the Business
  • Help to collate research, gather creative stimulus, search & organise event space & logistics, diary management & expenses will be a key part of the role
  • Act as a thought partner for our Business Managers on key content deliverables
  • Manage day to day Team interactions
  • Support key strategic projects internally
