The role

A role at the heart of the Digital business

Responsible for defining our product roadmap & overseeing delivery of this by the team

Create & run day-to-day operations including ongoing product iteration & product sales cycle

Work with MD to shape product pricing strategy & support annual budgeting processes

Drive recruitment, development & performance of the product & client teams & help build Digital talent agenda

Collaborate with consulting team to develop strong feedback loops & identify new product opportunities

Develop strategies for new revenue streams & potential product pivots

About You

A proven leader who combines deep product expertise with an operational mind-set

You thrive in both conceptual & research mode & in the planning & delivery phase of a business roadmap

You have an analytical mind-set with an ability to combine strategic, commercial and operational demands in order to drive progress

You are able to drive an agenda both on your own & as part of a wider team, & are comfortable building the plane as you fly it

You are as passionate about building a strong talent culture as you are building a strong operational engine

Experienced in creating strong client relationships & managing profitable sales engagements

Hungry to disrupt the enterprise space & create mobile tools that are pioneering in the new world of work
