The ProgrammeManager.Consulting is responsible for leading the smooth running of client programmes & projects, to ensure we are delivering powerful client impact. Focusing on a strong client experience, amazing events and ensuring B3.0 commercial success.

The role

  • ProgrammeManager within the Consulting business responsible for running all projects across B3.0
  • Manage project teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
  • Land all programme plans & track delivery
  • Organise & run client kick-off meetings + setting agenda
  • Responsible for internal & external comms rhythm relating to all key programmes
  • Oversee & support BusinessManagers ensuring we deliver quality work in a profitable & sustainable way for our people
  • Project manage all large events
  • Pricing our programmes + responsible for estimating & setting budgets for projects

About you

  • Best in class project manager that turns strategy into reality
  • You understand big business & want to collaborate closely with the client
  • You want to break free from the constraints associated with your current role & are ready to step up
  • Develop key delivery expertise across our offer (from research, events, gathering creative stimulus, customer recruitment, design management etc.)

  • Min 5+ years business experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Commercially savvy
  • Manage complexity & ambiguity
  • Strategic thinker
  • Outstanding communicator
  • Strong collaborator
  • Adept at navigating nuances in a growing business
  • Problem solver & delivery focused
  • IT Skills: Office (intermediate) & Knowledge of PM software (MS Project, OmniPlan etc.)

Desirable skills

  • Event management experience
  • Prince2 (or similar)
  • Worked in Agile
  • Experience working with Designers/Creatives
