D&G’s culture was suffering change fatigue. The business was squeezed externally and internally. Customer complaints were at an all-time high.
What made the difference?
A coalition for change. For change to stick this time it had to be different. We identified a network of passionate ‘Firelighters’ across the business – unusual suspects capable of igniting change and influencing those around them to do the same.
They took ownership of shaping new organisational behaviours, and created mini networks of their own (‘Sparks’) to turn the change into a powerful movement.
