The CTO will drive enterprise value; setting the vision for technical infrastructure & operational plans that will deliver the long & short term growth strategy for the Business

The role

  • The CTO will sit in both the Digital Management Team & Business 3.0’s Leadership Team
  • Active member of Leadership Team, setting annual strategy, direction and leading by example
  • Ensure profitable growth across the business
  • Responsible for building & maintaining a robust, valuable & powerful enterprise platform that’s as user friendly as it is secure & scalable
  • Direct day-to-day architectural decisions, development, deployment support & maintenance
  • Oversee budget, recruitment & performance of technical team to deliver highest quality solutions efficiently
  • Develop & own strong relations with client CTOs & CIOs & IT Stakeholders
  • Oversee all aspects of client technical implementation & delivery
  • Set technical agenda & culture across our business
  • Identify competitive advantage & technological trends to inform the digital roadmap whilst constantly managing for & mitigating risk across the business’s hardware, software & data activities.

About you

  • A proven CTO with a background in engineering You’re as passionate about technology as you are about the team
  • You are a confident leader with deep commercial intuition
  • Experience leading a SaaS business & owning the end-to-end delivery of ground-breaking mobile apps
  • Able to operate tactically in the short-term but equally comfortable in long-term strategic planning A proven client sales & relationship builder, you understand the human & technological requirements of large businesses & have successfully deployed & managed software into enterprise
  • Mobile first – you are at the cutting edge of consumer technology & are hungry to develop a platform that bridges the divide between B2C & B2B You combine deep people skills with world-class technology expertise
