WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
I thrive in the unknown. I enjoy grappling with the complexity that comes with managing ever-evolving projects. I find it equal measures exciting and humbling to work on a project which implements real change within a business, and improves the lives of its people. I love surrounding myself with people of differing experiences and perspectives, meaning we inevitably get to the best result. 

A BUSINESS RESULT I'M PROUD OF
I took over the management of a large scale performance leadership programme, spanning the top 150 of a global utilities organisation. The project was derailing due to a breakdown in communication with key stakeholders - which left the client disengaged from the work at hand. Through streamlining critical project management processes and tackling the team challenges head on, we managed to swing the pendulum to a powerful working relationship. This enabled a cultural shift, and the organisation reported a strong impact on how they drive performance through their leadership group.

By putting convenience and accessibility high on the agenda, Netflix has created a multifaceted viewing platform changing how we watch TV. Having started out as a postal subscription service, it has become an original programming powerhouse - producing its own award winning content with over 60 million online subscribers. Netflix has carefully and quickly reinvented itself to adapt to changing consumer habits - and been courageous in taking the risks needed to shake up and lead the television industry.
